i like this but to me it doesn't seem.... painful enough.... i don't know ijust wish there was more focus on the face instead of hands...or maybe more tension in the hands at least... to me pain is raw, desperate... real.... this, althoug is a very good photograph doesn't seem to exemplify pain... but what do i know!

other than that the lighting is fabulous!

the lighting is impeccable, but the pose is a little awkward, maybe just his one finger is extended and his eyes are open?
but you can really feel the emotion, nice work :)
